Time with the kids

The kids came to spend the last two weeks of the summer with me the other day, and I've been racking my brain with trying to come up with stuff for them to do, that would actually interest them, while at the same time not bustin the bank. We ended up in the skate park in Clio;



I was able to grab an image of Chris trying his best to be a pro skater.....I'm just happy I didn't have to spend any time in the ER. One trip to the Docs this week for David's broken foot is enough.

Elizabeth and I are heading to the pool today, the first one of my kids who showed interest in the water....its about time. I'm stunned at how its even possible that a child of mine was not born with gills, I would have thought I would have had at least one fish in the bunch. With some practice and serious dedication I'll have her turning state times soon.
